This document regulates the general terms and conditions of contracting online accommodation reservations through www.gesturist.es ("Website") of Apartamentos Turísticos Casa de la Moneda SL B90245275 (hereinafter, "Property"). The particular terms and conditions that may be applicable are made available to the Client before the reservation is formalized. Notwithstanding the foregoing, keep in mind that these terms and conditions apply to any type of accommodation reservation made with the Property through any means, including telephone sales, face-to-face etc.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND PRICE When the Client makes a reservation, he must bear in mind that it is mandatory that there be at least one person over 18 years of age per reservation. At the time of booking it is necessary for the Client to inform the Property of the number of guests who are going to stay as this circumstance will determine the type and rate of the apartment. The Client must take into account that children over 7 years old are charged the same rate as an adult. When the Client makes a reservation through the Website, the rates indicated in the search results are the application rates. All rates are for complete apartments. The price indicated before the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the payment of the reservation, that is, before the Client is bound by any contract or payment obligation, is final and complete and includes the price of all products selected and all applicable taxes. In the event of any unforeseen change or problem with the reservation, the property will automatically contact the Client for approval / instructions, before making a change in it. The price does not include any unspecified service as well as extras such as telephone calls, transfers, parking, etc. The property reserves the right to charge a surcharge of up to € 300 to cover damages caused during the stay if they occur. The contract entered into between the Client and the property will enter into force when the property provides written confirmation of the reservation to the Client by email. Therefore, after making a reservation, the Client will receive a confirmation email, which will also include the payment conditions, the cancellation policy, the address of the apartment, our telephone numbers and all the necessary and useful information about the reservation.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION Standard rate: the Client can cancel their reservation up to 1 day before the arrival date at no cost. Once this period has elapsed, in case of cancellation, the first night of the stay will always be charged, which has already been charged at the time of booking. Promotional Rates: they are not refundable or modifiable in any case. The Client can consult the cancellation conditions applicable to their reservation in the confirmation email. NO-SHOW If the Client does not show up at the apartment on the scheduled arrival date, without prior cancellation, the property will always charge 100% of the stay.

MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION Modification of the reservation by the client In the case of standard rates, the Client can modify his reservation, as long as there is availability, up to 1 day before the arrival date at no cost. Once this period has elapsed, in case of changes, the first night of stay that has already been paid by the Client will be charged. In the case of promotional rates, they do not allow changes and are not refundable. You can contact us by email or phone with the modifications you require such as adding nights to your reservation, number of people or changing the type of apartment. You can check our contact information on the Website. You must bear in mind that if you need extra nights it will depend on the availability that there is at that time. If you wish to reduce the number of nights booked, the Client may be subject to a cancellation fee, but we will always do our best to assist you. Modification of the reservation during the stay by the Client If the Client wishes to reduce their stay and leave the apartments before the scheduled date for the end of their stay, the property will not refund the amount of the remaining nights until the scheduled departure day initially. If the Client wishes to extend his stay, he must contact the property as soon as possible to confirm availability and the applicable rate.
